Very few students completed the last homework activity, so I am 're-building' on that and am sending home an emergency home plan for students to fill in with their parents.
I am now a member of the Red Cross Emergency Response Team...so am undertaking training in Emergency Reponse and Rescues...fascinating stuff...but i must say learning how to tie 8 different types of knots was certainly a challenge. I have just completed a weekend course, one of many...though have to miss the next one on swift water rescue (which I would definitely prefer to do in Summer!! anyway)
